It is hard to describe all of the great things that we have enjoyed since switching to CTMeContracts. I will try to detail our experience to the best of my ability. CTMeContracts being a web based system has allowed us to maintain compliance with the real estate commission by never having to download updates to the contracts. I have every confidence when my agents write, they have the most current version of the contract, disclosures and related forms. Also, being web based, we have enjoyed the ability to write, amend and extend contracts from virtually everywhere in the world.

I have worked with CTMeContracts since its inception and launch in the summer of 2006; I have been a huge fan since the beginning. I teach contracts at Kaplan Professional Schools as well as the update courses,
CTMeContracts on top of the new contract verbiage and rules, and they are always open to new ways of making our lives in Real Estate easier and more productive.
This program has quantifiably allowed myself and the agents I supervise to do more Real Estate in less time. The sellers and buyers love it and the other agents in the transactions love it.
We no longer have to wait for the fax to go through or to turn the contract into a PDF then send it as an attachment. Because of the web server capability as soon as any party in the transaction signs with their mouse the sender of the contract has it ready to go! What could be more effective or user friendly? In addition the program provides the ability to have access to your own database, as well as contract dates and deadlines emailed to you at any time you want during the transaction!
This program is a must have whether you are experienced in real estate or just starting out, it will save you time and save you money!

I think I am one of the first users of CTM econtracts and I love it. I am a buyers agentswith my clients and the homes I show scattered over more than 400 sq miles of the Houston metro area. It is wonderful not to have to make that late night drive to get the offer signed and then I am saved another drive to take it to the listing agent.
I have had listing agents tell me they were able to present my offer while they were home preparing for a birthday party and they want their offices to look in to getting CTMecontracts for their office.
A bonus I didn't think about was the saving on paper and ink. All the offers that are countered are now totally paperless.....I love it!!!

My praise for this program is boundless. Not only does it save time and use of ink, paper and office supplies but the clients love it.
The only time I don't use CTM econtracts is when my client does not have Internet access. Going back to the older way of doing contracts is such a chore compared to using electronic signatures. I cringe when I know I have to resort back to manually getting signatures, faxing and or scanning to get a contract done.
The program is easy to maneuver once you become familiar with it and your tech support is completely awesome. You have also been spot on with help and were very instrumental in my learning of the program and always very supportive, no matter what time of day or night I was working. I love it and will always use CTM econtracts for my deals.
A perfect example of the time savings - I got a call this weekend from a cash buyer for a piece of land up north I have listed. They walked the property, called back and made an offer, we negotiated the price and the contract was waiting for everyone this morning, including being at the title company so we could start working on it. No running around getting signatures, no faxing and scanning and all that, just nice and clean and ready to go.
