CTM Web Signature
Agents can email contracts to be signed online with a secure CTM Web Signature. Avoid having to send faxes back and forth with this unique web signature.

First of all, CTM Web Signature must be enabled and it can be enabled independently for every contract in which signatures are required.

Agents can email the contracts to be sign or initial online. Participants in the transaction can easily sign or initial the contract with the mouse, tablet pencil, tablet pc, etc.

After the participant signed and click save, a confirmation window will appear asking to Accept or Decline the signature.
Once accepted, the signature will be embedded into the contract and the contracts will be LOCKED, nothing in the contract can be modified.

eSignature File:
Agents can upload or create their eSignature File, which can be added to new contracts to be created.

Signature Notification:
The agent will receive an email every time a contract is signed indicating signer name, document name, property address and date-time of the signature.

      


The web signature feature is disabled by default when creating a new contract. Contracts can be signed in the conventional way and /or with CTM Web Signature.

Legal Aspects of Electronic Signature Capture
Since the Electronic Signature in Global Commerce Act (the E-Sign Law) and UETA laws (Uniform Electronic Transaction Act) passed, giving legal validity to electronic signatures and document. Many organizations representing many different industries, have replaced the live wet ink signature with electronic ones. While these laws, in conjunction with updated rules of evidence laws, have made electronic signatures legally enforceable, there are instances where their acceptability is process-governed, and/or where their legal enforceability is dependent upon the process used.

eContracts CBS Offer received from an eContracts agent

Discover how easy your transaction process becomes when you receive an offer from an eContracts Agent.

There are 2 conditions that must happen for eContracts to create this unique integration feature.

A) The selling agent must send the offer by email to the listing agents email address
    in eContracts.

B) The property address from the offer needs to match the property address from the
    listing contract


The first step of this eContracts integration is displayed in the listing agents side with the following benefits

eCalendar
This electronic calendar displays all of your deadlines for a particular transaction. It can be emailed to participant's reflecting "real time" transaction deadlines information.

Emailed it once and you do not need to email it again. Your client can open it on a daily basis to see any current of upcoming events. Personal reminders or scheduled meetings can also be stored in this calendar.

This feature keeps participants informed with the process of the transaction.

eCalendar All Contracts
This Calendar displays the status of contract deadlines for all your transactions. It can be accessed from the Main Dashboard.

Click on the property address above the deadline and it will open the CTM Dashboard detail for that particular property.



Deadlines Monitoring
CTM eContracts will notify you of all overdue deadlines Visual indication of current and past due events. The main dashboard and calendar are automatically updated to show any overdue deadlines.
CTM eContracts saves you time by automatically tracking all contract deadlines for each transaction.

When a "contract to buy and sell" is created, the system automatically keeps track of all your contract deadlines. This feature is also available for Listing Contracts.

Auto Deadline Notification: Receive automatic e-mail deadline notifications that can be customized for a specific delivery date.

Outlook, Google or ical:
Agents can also receive deadlines by automatically synchronize their personal Outlook, Gmail, iCalendar using the eContracts Outlook Plug-in or the eContracts Google Synchronization feature.

Convert (MEC/SSA) to calendar dates: This feature allows you to convert the MEC or SSA dates into calendar dates for all the deadlines.

Custom Deadlines
You can create your own custom deadlines for every transaction.
The system also allows you to create your own Custom Deadline Template and then apply it to your transaction.
You can also receive email deadlines notifications for your custom deadlines.

Auto-Dating Contract Deadlines
• CTM e-Contracts allows you to create your personal Auto Dating Templates, like 20 Closing,
  30 Days Closing, etc.
• It can also calculate your contract deadlines from either the commencement, closing or Mutual
  Execution of Contract (MEC) date Automatically.
• Check and skip holidays and weekends.
• Settings will be saved for use with future contracts.
• Dates can be populated to all relevant fields within the contract.

Quick Start
This powerful feature allows you to create a Transaction with the Parent Contract and all Disclosures associated with the parent contract simultaneously. This means that with a few clicks you will be able to create an entire transaction with all necessary documents.

Agents with a Virtual Office account can send property listing address and legal information to their eContract. Agents can also access eContracts from HomeCards.
On-the-fly PDF contracts conversion
If needed, you can quickly and simply convert any contract into a PDF document for personal storage or to be email it.
When saving a converted contract into PDF, the system automatically name file with the respective property address and document name.


Transaction Status
You can change the transaction status when the transaction Close, etc. This feature allows you to organize by transaction status displayed in the main dashboard.

Document Management

Therefore, please configure your PopUp Blocker software to allow popups from www.ctmsoftware.com, if your software is not configurable, disable this software before logging in. PopUp Blockers can be included in Personal Firewalls, Internet Security software, or can be stand-alone software.

Enabling JavaScript:
You must have scripting enabled to use this application.
With Internet Explorer open, select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Security tab at the top of the window. Click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting section. Verify that "Enable" is selected on "Active Scripting".

Enabling Cookies:
You MUST have cookies enabled to use this application.
Enabling Cookies in Internet Explorer 6 with Internet Explorer open, select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Privacy tab at the top of the window. Set the slider to the "Medium" or "Medium High" settings. If there is no slider, click the "Advanced..." button and uncheck "Override automatic cookie handling", hit OK, and then adjust the slider.
